We accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). We also offer CareCredit™ plus other financing options for your convenience.
Our practice is pleased to offer Springstone Patient FinancingSM. A variety of flexible plans provides low monthly payments with no money down and no payment for 3-7 weeks. Sleep-disordered breathing problems and TMJ disorders are medical conditions. We will assist you by providing you with all of the completed paperwork you need to file claims under your medical insurance policy (not your dental insurance policy). Reimbursement for covered benefits will be paid directly to you.
Prior to receiving treatment for snoring, Obstructive Sleep Apnea and other sleep-disordered breathing issues in our office, you must first be diagnosed by a physician. This is a medical-legal requirement, and insurance requirement, and a process we will coordinate for you through our office.
You should also be aware that some private insurance carriers require you to be CPAP intolerant before providing benefits for treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) using oral appliance therapy, which we provide to our patients. When this is the case, we will request information from your treating physician that documents your inability to use CPAP and your need for an oral appliance.
